Violet’s first Stitch Fix!

For Violet’s 5th birthday, she got her very first Stitch Fix.  She was so excited, or as she says “I’m so exciting!”  Yes, yes, she is.  Here’s a link to watch the live unboxing on YouTube.

So what was in the box?  10 ADORABLE items: 4 shirts, 1 dress, 1 sweater, 1 light jacket, 2 leggings, and 1 pair of boots.

This is one of 3 items from Chenault Girl.  All three are so adorable, and they’re even cuter in person than in the pictures.  I am so glad Stitch Fix does exchanges for different sizes now because this brand must run a little small.  They fit her, but a little too well and without much room to grow.

The dress below is the 2nd piece from Chenault Girl. It’s even cuter in real life.

We LOVE this sweater.  Adorable hot pink detailing and it’s so soft.

This jacket is my favorite item!  Perfect for Violet the fashionista.

Violet will only wear leggings.  She says that jeans are “too hard for her cute little legs,” and we just roll with it.  How do you argue with that?  Both of these leggings are cute, soft, and feel well made.  Thin leggings don’t last very long.

This super cute shirt is also from Chenault Girl.  We’re exchanging all three for a size up. The flowers on the rabbit’s head are not of the print, but added onto the shirt for a super cute detail.

Good message 🙂

This shirt with the jacket is too cute!

And these boots.  Seriously.  Violet has worn them everyday since her birthday.  LOVE.

I think this Fix was perfect for Violet.  She loved everything.  Yay 25% discount!!  That made the items average out to only $16 each.

For those new to Stitch Fix, if you keep all the items in your box, you get 25% off each item.  This saves so much money, but you don’t want to keep things you don’t actually like for the discount.  In the kids boxes, you get 10 items, and in the adult boxes, you get 5.  For both, you can exchange items for a different size, and still get the discount.  Also, you create style profiles, so you can let the stylists know exactly what you like and do not like.  I have certain colors and prints that I have requested to not ever be sent.  I also have certain types of clothing and accessories on the do not send list. You should be as picky as you can on your profile, in a nice way, so you’re all on the same page.

This was the easiest shopping for birthday presents EVER and she LOVED it!

So, do you Stitch Fix??

Who doesn’t need a member’s only jacket!?!?! Too cute! I just got a box from Kids on 45th for Harvey. It’s all 2nd hand items and I think we got 10 things and it was $35, but you can’t exchange. You do a profile similar to a stitch fix profile and it comes once a season.
